Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
